As the summer weather goes, so goes the Real Estate Market.....
In Bucks County, Pa the market has been red hot lately.
This May, according to Trend MLS, the leading market source, there were 551 settled transactions at an average price of 94.6% of asking price. The median settled price inched up to $291,000 from last years $290,000. Sales overall end of May are slightly behind last years red hot pace by about 90 transactions year to date but June's data is not out yet and it may have closed that gap. There is approximate 7.2 months of inventory on the market right now.
Summer is also a peak transaction season as motivated buyers concerned with changing their children's school's before September get serious about their purchase.
